How to Create Product Videos Without Re-Recording

A product video library is a capital asset. Building it requires a real investment -- recording sessions, production effort, review cycles, hosting setup. The economics of that investment only hold up if the library retains its value over time rather than requiring full reconstruction every time the product changes.

The instinct behind "without re-recording" is the right one. Re-recording is expensive. It consumes the same production resources that built the library in the first place, and it has to happen repeatedly as long as the product keeps shipping.
