Video data is stored on servers located in the United States. We will process your video data on your behalf and under your instructions.
Videos are administered by video creators. We also host the videos on our website or app and collect the comments/reactions/email IDs that you submit to the video creators.
If you have any questions about a video you are viewing, please contact the video creator directly, as Trainn Inc., is not responsible for the content of that video or your comments/reactions to it.
The anonymity of your comments/reactions depends on how the video creator has configured the video.
We don’t sell or share your responses to third party advertisers or marketers unless the policy is specifically different for the video creator. So you’re advised to check with them in this regard.
Currently all videos that are published has a public URL associated with it and any one who has the link can watch these videos.
To get unique views on the videos watched, we calculate browser fingerprint based on parameters present in browser. This fingerprint is only used for analytics purpose and will not be mapped to any user in our system
When you access the Service, we may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of device you use, your device unique ID, the IP address of your device, your operating system, the type of Internet browser you use, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data ("Usage Data").

We provide paid products and/or services within the Service. We use Chargebee for managing subscription and use Stripe for payment processing. We also store personal information like name, email and company in Chargebee for managing your subscription.

We use sentry and rollbar for error tracking. We use these services so that we are able to fix bugs faster and provide seamless experience to the user.

FullStory enables us to look at session replays. A session replay is a recreation of your session interactions on our site. We take measures to utilize the FullStory controls to exclude and block all input field values and any property on our site where we think sensitive user information can be entered. We only run FullStory for a limited period of time in order to collect a statistically significant number of sessions for us to learn and be able to improve our product.
