Neutrinos is an intelligent automation platform competing head-on with Salesforce in the insurance sector. Founded in 2016 and now headquartered in the US, with 250+ employees, it serves insurance giants across the globe. But despite having a sophisticated platform, Neutrinos faced a critical challenge: users weren’t rightly adopting their platform. We spoke with Eldho, who leads platform adoption initiatives, and discovered how this gap threatened their entire platform-first, partner-led growth strategy.
Neutrinos faced a major challenge: Their users were not adopting and using their platform the way it was meant to be used. Eldho, lead business strategist, explains: "Our platform was fantastic, but users never used the platform features to the fullest and weren't able to cope with the new features we built."
The consequences were immediate and costly. Production errors mounted as users made critical mistakes, not knowing which features to use. They stuck to basic features while powerful automation sat unused. Training bottlenecks delayed project deadlines, affecting implementations for major clients.
Neutrinos set up a documentation portal and sandbox environment to battle adoption issues, but neither delivered the required results. Finally, they fell back on instructor-led classroom training, which created a new problem: it was highly people-intensive, constantly pulling delivery and platform teams from their core work.
The breaking point came when Eldho needed to onboard teams for a project in three weeks, but couldn't deliver.
Neutrinos realized that to address adoption, they needed a way to train an increasing user base at scale, with quality, in a structured manner , so that learners could be guided to learn the right resources and get certified.
"We want to ensure that people go through a guided training program with videos, learning materials in a structured way, having quizzes, then go through the next module, then have an assessment, get certified," Eldho explains.
This led Eldho to search for LMS solutions to build an academy for Neutrinos.
Eldho's criteria were clear: He needed a solution that would help him create high-quality training videos and set up an academy to host the training content.
His initial evaluation started by evaluating video production agencies for video creation, and LMS providers to host these videos at scale. But three critical issues emerged:

Content gets outdated : Neutrinos' existing Udemy courses were already outdated as the platform evolved. Any new videos would face the same fate, becoming expensive throwaway content within months.
Multiple dependencies : Managing separate vendors for video creation and LMS meant coordination overhead and costs 2x his budget.
Then someone from Eldhos founder's office community recommended Trainn. Within the 14-day trial, he built a working academy and presented it to leadership.

Every user onboarded with Neutrinos now completes the 5 certification courses, dramatically transforming their training capacity. "Earlier when I used to do instructor-led training, I'll be able to train only 15 users per session. Now with Neutrinos academy I can train 100 people," Eldho notes.
This self-paced model eliminated scheduling bottlenecks entirely. "If we want to start a training tomorrow, we can do it. I don't have any problem because it's self-paced. Earlier I had to move deadlines because of training delays."
Post-academy setup, Neutrinos launched a community where certified learners discuss learnings and resolve doubts, creating a self-sustaining ecosystem of trained members helping each other grow.
