How to Export ChatGPT Conversations

Here's a step-by-step walkthrough on how to export ChatGPT conversations

1. In the navigation bar, click on your profile icon and click on "Settings" from the dropdown.

2. Select "Data controls" tab on the side.

3. Click on "Export" next to Export data.

4. In the confirmation popup, click on "Confirm export" to proceed.

5. Go to your email inbox and click on the latest email from OpenAI.

6. In the email, click the "Download data export" button. Once clicked, a ZIP file will be downloaded.

7. Export the ZIP file and open the "chat.html" file.

8. The file will open on your browser and you can view your conversations there.
