- Is customer data used to train the Trainn AI Model(s)?
No. Trainn does not use customer data, including any inputs or outputs, to train or pre-train its AI models. - Who owns the videos that are created by the service?
The customer retains full ownership of all videos and content created with Trainn. - How does Trainn prevent misuse or creation of inappropriate content?
Trainn has comprehensive content moderation systems in place to prevent the platform from being used for malicious purposes or in ways that violate our Terms of Service. - Once the subscription ends, what will happen to the content created on Trainn?
When you cancel your subscription, your content remains accessible for 30 days, giving you time to export or back up your materials. After 30 days, all content is automatically deleted from our system.
