How to Configure SSO in Freshdesk?

Here’s a step by step tutorial on how to configure Freshdesk SSO:

1. Open Freshdesk. Click on the "Admin" icon in the left navigation pane.

2. Click on "Account" from the menu.

3. In the Account section, click on "Security".

4. In the Security settings, click on "Configure Freshworks SSO".

5. In the available Default Login Methods, choose "SSO Login".

6. Turn on the SSO Login option to enable it.

7. Configure any of the login protocols SAML/ OAuth/OIDC/JWT SSO with the identity provider of your choice. Freshdesk supported Identity Providers include ADFS, OneLogin, Okta, Auth0, and G-Suite.
